Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using jiliko app. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by the rules set out below. These terms apply to all users accessing the platform from the Philippines.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, registering, or using any feature of jiliko app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of jiliko app after any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may register only one account on jiliko app. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension of all associated accounts. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You must notify jiliko app immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. The platform will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account details — including your registered name, date of birth, and identity documents — may be required for verification purposes before withdrawals or other account actions are processed. Providing false information during registration or verification is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using jiliko app, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
- You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to access or manipulate the platform.
- You will not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the platform's software or games.
- You will not engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity.
- You will not use the platform to conduct money laundering or any other financial crime.
- You will not harass, threaten, or abuse other users or platform staff.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines relating to online gaming.
Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jiliko app are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved local payment channels, including e-wallets and bank transfer options available to Philippines-based users.
You acknowledge that:
- You are the legitimate owner of the payment account used to fund your jiliko app balance.
- Deposits are for the purpose of gaming activity only and are non-refundable once wagering has commenced, except where explicitly stated in applicable promotional terms.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jiliko app reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending completion of required checks.

jiliko app does not charge fees for standard transactions, but your payment provider may apply their own fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
jiliko app provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy of information, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any game outcome data displayed. The platform is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or delays beyond its reasonable control.
Gaming outcomes carry inherent risk. jiliko app does not guarantee any particular result from any wager placed on the platform. Users participate entirely at their own risk.
All content on jiliko app — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, game interfaces, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of jiliko app or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of platform content is a breach of these terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Amendments
jiliko app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, if:
- The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- The platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity associated with the account.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's dormancy policy.
- Required identity verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting support through the in-dashboard help channel. Upon closure, any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable verification requirements.
jiliko app may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
